Afternoon, CCP! I would like to take a stab at pointing out the unfinished mechanics on parts of the Corporation mechanics. I LOVE the game and I'm not leaving anytime soon. With this mindset and time I've spent playing the game, I have noticed a few aspects of the Corporation that were setup, but has been left unfinished, unpolished, or forgotten. The following, I present:
1: UNFINISHED LINK FOR DONATIONS. Going to Corporation> My Corporation. Info> Donate, you have the amount to transfer, and the reason (max 30 characters). I take it this was to be set up as a type of bank account register, by which the Corporation could see WHO donated, the amount donated, and the REASON it was donated. Same thing when the Corporation donates ISK to a team member, the register of the reason (max 30 characters) is in effect. I have assumed that somewhere in the saved data of the 'Donation' files, lies the reasons stated. I use this like a bank register, with hope, that I have not wasted my time filling it in with "Training funds, **/**/**", "Daily deposit - 00/00/00", etc., expecting with the upgrade, an account register of ALL Corporation donations, received and transferred, past and present, has been saved, so that we can keep track of expenses. Doesn't have to be an Excel spreadsheet, but that would be nice, if clean and simple.
2: ONLY MONETARY (ISK) DONATIONS: I like ISK but if would LOVE to donate more that just ISK to my OWN Corporation. I'm the CEO, I need my team to be well supplied and stocked. Right now, I donate OVER 95% of EVERYTHING I earn in ISK to my company for my team. I want to be able to donate Weapons, Tanks, AURUM, Dropsuits, EVERYTHING and ANYTHING I want to my company. I have so much extra stuff that I earn on the battlefields that I probably won't use immediately, but I sure have teammates that are starting out that could use some extra Dropships to practice with, some Weapons that I might not use of my class but I have a Sniper that would like them, so on and on. I want the Corporation to be able to receive and give to its teammates/ members.
3: APPLICATION INDICATOR NOT WORKING: For the Social, whenever you receive an email, an orange circle with a number appears. On Dropsuit changes, the orange circle will appear, indicating something has changed. Your Augmentation is low/ less than 24 hours, an indicator. But there is no indicator when someone has applied for your Corporation. Please fix this for us and the potential new members.
4: CORPORATE MARKET ASSETS MISSING: I figured this was also in the plans to be completed for the Corporation makeover. Going to Market> Assets, it states this is the area where it will show Personal and Corporation assets, EXCEPT, it doesn't show any Corporate assets, ONLY Personal. Like the DONATION reason, this needs to be fixed also.
WISHLIST:
1: For DUST 514 Corporations, the ability to MAKE AND SHOW alliances with OTHER DUST Corporations! I would like to be able to show Corporation Alliances, with all of their team info, how long we have been aligned, maybe even have written contracts of agreements, time-lapse (2-month, 1-year, indefinite, etc). Right now, we can make alliances with EVE Corporations, but I want to be able to have more than ONE alliance, with both EVE and DUST Corporations. This would ALSO include the WHOLE DONATION setup, being able to donate, receive, and transfer ISK, AURUM, Weapons, Dropsuits, and most anything else, BETWEEN allied DUST Corporations, SO LONG as it doesn't unbalance anything EVE/DUST-wise. THAT would make for a nice "UPRISING", upgrade feature.
