A corp would invest money into researching ICBMs, then would have to pay for different thrusters, payloads, etc. They could then launch at districts and destroy clones, but if other district has an eve player with high enough detection skill, they can detect it and the dust player have to fight to disable it before it fires. |

Those effects are just a placeholder. We already have Projectile and Hybrid turrets in orbital bombardment.
Also, EVE ships can shoot missiles. And not just small ones, missiles that are 70 meters long. That's three quarters of a football field long. Scary, no? |
