When people start being douches to their own team, I like to fire pop shots at them and watch them dive for cover like headless chickens.
I can't hurt them, and a switched on cookie should know it's friendly fire, but it's priceless when you get one that runs for the hills!
Last night, for example:
I was perched directly on top of an objective, the enemy storms it, one makes it through and starts hacking.
Sniper next to me stares blankly down his scope.
So I jump down, SMG the enemy to about 1/4 of armor left and get my back doors smashed in.
All the while this sniper is staring down his scope...
I respawn and this random douche has re-hacked objective and returned to the perch...
I made it my mission that match to fire pop shots near him to make him believe he was being counter sniped...
It was a bit douchey of me, but people like that drive me face palm crazy! |

I'm looking forward to all the spying / deep game mechanics and what not, it is that aspect of game play that places the New Eden universe atop the pinnacle of gaming experiences, imho.
At the moment, I keep reading about how EVE players are planning how to capitalize on Dust's assimilation into EVE.
I am hoping that somewhere along the way, us Dust bunnies turn the tables, one economy to rule them all, right? :)

You can topple a line of dominoes from either end... LOL first rule of espionage .... don't tell anyone that is what your primary interest is! I don't think he was talking about himself. Perhaps.... that is what you think .... any chance you might be wrong? lol the insufferable arrogance of ego, always entertaining.
I was not talking about myself, I have hardly the motivation to plan or pull off such a feat.
