CCP.. please.. hear me out. Don't mind my scout suits dishelved appearance. I've been stuck sleeping outside the MCC since I can't afford corporate office space. You see, I have this terrible addiction. You never told me that KinCat was addictive? I started out, you know, just filling up a couple low slots into my suit here and there with some basic K. Here it is months later, and all I can remember is a fiendish war rage and few other details. However, I am left with a mobility level 5 habit and already spent all of my AUR change from buying passive boosters on Neo scout protos just so i could get that third low slot! THAT'S RIGHT! TWO SLOTS AREN'T DOING IT ANYMORE! IT'S SO SLOOooww..
ahem.. excuse me. pardon that outburst. It's the KinCat talking I swear. Let me just get to the point so I can take a compact nanohive just so i can sleep for a bit. You see what is happening here? Better living through biotics. It's horrible. And wonderful.
I digress.. I'm having a hard time at this point. I can't go any faster from here. I need more KinCat. Going back to 9.7ms isn't an option, and I am miserly like trying to conserve my Neo v.K.0s but i fear the day when I run out.
I need more powerful KinCat. Maybe we can get the Jovians in on it? I heard they have some of that Blue KinCat? Like, red KinCat is pure crap compared! Let me know if anyone wants to do a run? Pardon that pun.. KinCat addict humor 
I need 11ms!
oh yea... can anyone spare some ISK? |

my bucky ball hemp scout suit is so in tho. if you scratch it it smells like sage and patchouli 
Man.. I gave this KinCat dealer near manus peak some ISK to bring back some of the jovie KinCat, but I guess he just took it to null sec. I always forget to get the product before i give the ISK  
I also heard you can bypass the safety throttle on the KinCat administrator in a Neo suit with a biotic rig and get an extra 5% boost, but it depletes it faster and you can burn em out. Sucks cause then you are left to the suits stock speed. I heard of a guy who can do it on Caldari Prime, but you know what a $@@$@! show that place is right now. Dudes house was where that titan is parked now! I'm not sure I can get a hold of him until things simmer down if ever. But someone out there must know how to do it?

I remember just bring addicted to the Minmatar scout and a militia kinetic catalyser!
Can't even imagine what you must be going through. That said, if you ever try to run-up on me for kinetic catalysers, my officer scout suits or ISK to buy said 'speed'... You will find a breach bolt in the back of the head. |

Why do we have p2w suits that have more slots?
This is the better question/problem.
There should be no difference other then SP required to get into them. I'm ok with getting them quicker but not ok with them being better. |
