Yeah stacked on that 40% it makes it 50% which would be quite noticeable, but would you rather have that reduction of 6 frames for reload or a 25% reduction in hybrid weapon CPU/PG?
reload. those six frames are frames I'm shooting you that you're reloading. and if it really does stack to 50% the caldari suit will have an advantage in prolonged firefights due to that reload speed. More bullets downrange means more dead hostiles. |

I use a pistol. specifically a standard breach(one more upgrade and i get advanced level breaches) so... 115 with no points in weaponry(mine's maxed), and not counting my two complex mods, and not getting a headshot. |

actually forge guns need to charge for that 5th of a second. so I still shoot you twice with my slow little breach pistol and drop your heavy arse before you can fire your forge(forge users can't dance to avoid a headshot, and heavies have heads too big to miss) |

Noting that my AV fit is an advanced swarm with stacked Complex damage mods and I pride myself on having these god level tanks you talk about run scared from me. ever seen one man redline a tank and keep it there? I've done that(though that guy was a massive wuss, it would have taken me 4-ish shots to kill him and he started running the moment he saw a single swarm). I take the high ground and observe the terrain so I can shoot around it to hit you.
Even if I don't kill you, keep you hiding, away from my team until the rest of them get around and nuke your arse into the next decade. Or until the end of the game, I have nanohives.
this fit costs me around 50k isk every time I die, and if you have someone on your team coming to take me out, I can blow right through 500k a game just to watch you burn. please tell me about how what I do is so very cheap compared to what you do.
oh, and my militia grade tanks have proto mods on them. I bring them out rarely as I'm not the best driver. |

Swarms might be a litttttle OP but they need more of a tweek than a nerf. Bottom line, I am happy with AV and Tanks right now.
yeah, but the tankers aren't. they want to go back to the old beta where tanks were mega overpowered and required a coordinated squad to take down a standard level, standard fitted(Nothing higher than advanced) tank. |

eeyup. I mostly just take offense to someone thinking that they should automatically win a fight because their toy is fancier. Like that one friend everyone had as a kid who always tried to cheat at rock paper scissors by saying they had a grenade or some bullkitten thing. I stopped having that friend after a short while. |

Sounds fair to me in that if the HAV user spends 1M isk for OHK capability then give me the same option to also spend 1M ISK to OHK a tank.

according to them you should also have to spec into that weapon and absolutely nothing else. |

other way around, tank drivers are salty that infantry can spec into av easily. even though that's on top of whatever they would be regularly putting points into, and specialized fittings made specifically to counter vehicles.
to kill vehicles we have to give up infantry killing ability(forge guns notwithstanding) as they are incapable of harming infantry players. what do tanks give up to fight other tanks or infantry? NOTHING. they can kill everything effectively without giving up anything against either. |
