HMG is the new noob toy.
Fire rate, ammo capacity, heavy armor. It's like Chuck Norris. Not to mention Logi ranking for repairs. You can get Orbital strikes in no time. |

I just needed some time off. I took almost 4 weeks off from the game and I am glad I did. It was a healthy dose of recovery.
Your problem lies with matchmaking then and not UP heavies.
Most will agree that newbs and vets shouldn't be playing with each other. If a beginner wants to play with vets than he squads up with a high ranking player but a high ranking player squading with a newb doesn't get put in with the newbs they get put in with the vets.
PVE will help alleviate some of these problems with the new player base doing PVE until they feel they are ready for PVP. |

There's a few issues but for the most part, it's not the heavies faultL
1. Matchmaking is ****
2. Spawn locations are terrible (spawn facing a wall, spawn in a group of enemies, spawn with enemy behind you, enemy spawn behind you_
3. When you spawn the delay is rediculous and camping is a joke
apparently it's all getting revamped in the next build, so we'll have to see how it works. |
