However, tonight went like this: log on, get into squad, disconnect from server, restart, log on, get in squad, disconnect 2, restart console, log on, disconnect 3, restart console, log on finally get into a game, massive lag, restart console, log on, disconnect from server, reset router, log on, get into game, LAG LAG LAG, turn off console, run ethernet from the modem directly to the ps3 across the house though the attic, log on, disconnect from server. Get it together CCP.

This all started about a week ago, same as for other people experiencing it. I've used my ps3 to play Dust in 4 different locations with 4 different ISPs, and each time had 0 problems with excessive lag and disconnections until this week.

Never had anything else really. I know I've had a game today where someone was using a Breach Shotgun, and I got shot in the face with it, but didn't die. I shot the other guy with my own Shotgun, and he didn't die either, then as he was firing another shot, I suddenly did a half-backflip and broke my neck. About a second later, the other guy just dropped dead from a heart attack, which the game said was induced by the shock of being shot in the face with my shotgun a couple of seconds earlier.

Wasnt me, i am at my C# class but yeah funny stuff, i was like crap crap i missed ....then hie died from a stroke. Really nasty if it lets you fire a couple of shots while your all dead and stuff, must be an excess nanite build-up in your bloodstream that wakes up when you get shot and gets to work, then halfway trough they figure out theres no logibro around to order them around and think ...."screw this Sh*t" :p

I have never had lag on this build ever and one game for the first time was unplayable, didnt think to look if it was on a a different regional server though.

CCP has an event going right now that's guaranteed to boost server load over the next four weeks. The idea may be to stress-test their system over a semi-extended period of time, make sure that it's ready for the big time (that being our upcoming expansion in the near-term and full release a little farther out). Serious lag? Strong signs that it's not quite ready. I presume they're working on this.
