I hope it more of a neural remap and you only get to do it once every year
We cant have the system where ppl can just respec every week into something different, it will make specialaztion pointless |

noticed this as well. while unpopular this would be a good change. instead of increased range, higher efficiency over range would provide a better game. one of the new players main disadvantages is the fact that veterans can outrange them a great deal.
the current system resulted in duvolles hitting targets at over 100m and pistols accurate at 60+m. |

yup, will be interesting. Granted i'd like to see an visual of this new setup; as just listening to is, it seems a bit "funky".
It also worries me a bit saying u dont lv a class of weapons, but the weapon itself. Does that mean players will need to level up a single weapon in the category now? |

If I heard him right it is removal of them as skill pre-requisites, which to me means, for example, everything in shields will go off the base skill, you won't need to put points in to Shield Boost to get to Shield Enhancements. But we shall see. |

I think this would also help with alot of the (this weapon is OP issues) as sometimes the OPness comes from being able to upgrade the range to beyond what that weapons abilities are supposed to be. IE shotguns shooting further out than SMGs and HMGs having huge ranges of effectiveness. I will keep my mind open on this but I think this could be a very good change. |

I think the removal of the range skills are great.
I wish it would be accompanied by an overalls increase in every weapons default range though lol. |

A good idea for everyone might be to wait a week with their skill point pool before choosing a specialization. I'm likely just going to lvl 4 all my core skills and wait to see how the various suits/weapons pan out. |

I'm thinking I'll do the same I did this time around and max out my core skills and fitting skills first. That way, I'll be able to excel at anything I do.
On another note, this means I have more time to spend SP on useless crap! \0/ |
