I was surprised too when I finally was able to 'accept' the items, only to find out they were just the standard item...
I knew this was going to be the way with the other 3 weeks, but scout week was advertised for having BLUEPRINTS all over the page. Here's the first 2 sentences off of the event page to refresh everyone:

I was hoping this was how they were going to 'balance' scouts. Give them decreased cost so that the risk-vs-reward nature of the scout would be somewhat mitigated. Also, after a player-to-player market opens up, the duplicates BPO's would become available on the market for large amounts of ISK to those willing to pay (ie. the Kinetic Enhancers would be the cheapest Blueprint out there because players received 35 of them, barring a flood of Toxins and Dragonfly BPO's). |

It's odd then that all of the scout rewards are followed with the word 'blueprint' when none of the others were. I did not assume that I'd be getting any blueprints for Heavy, Logi or Vehicle week, but last week almost shouted that you'd receive BPO's for participating... |
