The next big update is supposed to have a line of each class of dropsuit (scout, assault, heavy, logi) for each of the four races (Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar). That's 12 new lines of suits. So which one are you most looking forward to strapping on and getting dirty? |

I originally wanted to play a logi for my corp but we have quite a few of them already however with uprising coming out and the Caldari Logistics suit on the way I may yet change if it lookc cool.
For some reason I imagine the Logi helmet to look like a robot prothean. |

I am Gallente but there is no drone bay. I like the look of Gallente ships the most and I would guess it will be the same for suits. I would choose the suit that gave me the perks I am looking for and looks would come second. |

Actually, CCP pointed out that they are light, medium and heavy frames and that each race will have at least one of each category...they never said anything about Scout/Assault/Logistics/Heavy specfically...you've got the potentional for totally different categories of playstyle here... |

Hmmm...good point. The light suit wouldn't necessarily need to be a "Scout" suit. It could be a close combat suit, or a stealth suit, or ewar. |

but as someone said the minny scout will probably be the fastest one so that will be interesting. in all honesty i'm hoping for skill bonus' for the drop suits to try and assign more refined roles for each one like the various cruisers and frigs in EVE |

Minmatar scouts will be good, but I can't wait to see what people do with minmatar heavies.
If amarr are supposed to be the slowest (some with heavies), I guess the minmatar heavy would practically be an assault with an HMG, compared to amarr heavies. |

To be honest I'm looking forward to the Gallente Pilot suit. I hope they put out new aircraft on May 6th, fighters, bombers, and MCCs galore! |

I want to try my hand at the Caldari or Gallente Heavy. Minmatarr Heavy is meh. I want a quality dropsuit.
Assault wise the gallente and amaar assault interest me.
I wouldn't get my hopes up for much tho as they havent really confirmed any of this yet... Its just speculation.
Although if this build turns out to be meh like I am kind of thinking is gonna end up happening, I really won't be playing DUST anyways. Heck, I really havent played DUST regularly since November tbh! If this build doesn't add a ton of content and polish to hook me again, my PS3 is gonna collect even more "DUST". Har har. |
