It's an interesting question. We play a free game that is based on micro transactions. So in general this player base would not be avert to paying real money.
Amount? That depends on the features of the app. I don't own Android, but for an iOS device, i'd pay between 0.99 and 1.99 |

If they made an app I would pay $1-3 for it, depending on the features. The ability to access my assets and being able to sell them with out being on my ps3 would be pretty sweet. Making fits and buying items would be pretty awesome too. |

I'm not sure what the features are that are announced for the Vita version, but if it had a mail/chat interface, fitting tool, corporation management system, probably up to $5. |

If it's on iOS, $1. I'd pay up to $5 if it has fitting tools with the in-game UI., because that would be kickass. Maybe to cut down on server load, it could download a log of all your skills and items every time it boots, instead of being always connected. It might be a bit of a pain on an iPhone, but on an iPad, I would gladly pay as much money as required, within reason. |

Actually I'm already in the process of making a cross platform ap for neocom in python. It won't be a native app, but it will have offline caching to perform like one.
it's going to be a massive project either way :)

I would pay $1-2 for an IOS app. But it would also have to have several features. Dropsuit fitting, Market, Skill sheet, Dust Calculator(stats affected by skills and modules in a "what if...?" scenario), it would be cool to use it for a map and SL operations, or Chat, But I doubt that will be possible.
Will add more suggestions if I think of more. |

As others have stated, I would prob pay up to $5 for it. But, at that price I would also like alerts to be able to be set up for when your district(s) is/are going to be in the 'attack window' |
