You all think strafe speed has been long time nerfed to todays 1/2 of the sprint speed of a suit... Well, you are wrong. Speed strafing is here and hidden and to access it you will need additional arm and a keyboard.
Go your left on your Sixaxis, then with your third hand press A on keyboard. Go your right, then press D. Voil+á -- strafe speed of ye olde!
For serious use in battle I suggest you practice in red-line first; it comes as a shock and is hard to master (third hand, not speed).
EDIT: And no, it is not only 'animation speed' like when you run with 'lighter' weapon, this is real, measurable, increase in speed. |

OP, have you entered a bug report on this?
Guys, if this works, it's an exploit. I don't know what CCP's policy is re: exploits on DUST, but on Eve exploiting exploits is punishable by permaban. |

So..
How would you tell the One Armed Bandits Corp how to do it? Or if they even strafe at all? Any advice for them would be helpful I am sure. Maybe we can start a foundation to get them more arms. |

Well....if this is true, sounds like all a player needs is a set of ruder pedals from or for a flight simulater game and just bind the pedals to a and d on your keyboard and you can let your feet do the work. I have seen some crazy strafers out there, but not lately. I will not be wasting my time with this. |

You noticed how everything we get is for us (Scouts)? Most of rewards, crazy colours, pretty women... Then they had to nerf strafing speed because of broken hit-detection, but Scout-presents continued.
A Shanghai group of Scout-loving Devs obviously left this as an Easter-egg.
