I saw the trailer and what exactly is Caldari Prime? And what is Uprising update? Sorry for being a such a noob but I feel like I am missing out on somthing.

Caldari Prime = Caldari homeworld that the Gallente Federation seized, we JUST fought on it in the merc event.

Uprising = The expansion to DUST 514, that will give us Planetary Conquest, new gear, a sleeker look, an EvE linked economy, coming out on May 6th.

Caldari Prime is the homeworld of the Caldari people, and is located in the Gallente system of Luminaire (which also contains the Gallente homeworld). It currently exists as an isolated State amidst the Federation's controlled territory.

Until recently the planet was claimed by and occupied for almost two centuries by the Gallente Federation, following the Gallente-Caldari War. Following unprecedented, state wide cooperation under the leadership of Tibus Heth, a massive invasion force successfully penetrated Federation defenses and the planet is now once again claimed as a sovereign world of the Caldari State, a status which is enforced by the presence of a Caldari Navy Leviathan-class Titan and its support fleet, which remains in orbit.

Caldari was of particular attention during the first few months of Mercenary deployment, particularly because of the high volumes of deployment in various regions. The planet is presently the focus of an ongoing-development of Mercenary combat.
