Clone transports will operate outside of EVE players' influence - at least for now. That's been confirmed in multiple places when talking about PC.

Warbarges won't be directly involved in PC. They'll effectively only exist as an alternative Off Map Support option to those Corporations who are without EVE-based Orbital Strike capabilities.
As for Faction Warfare, the clone system is totally unrelated to that aspect of the game. All we know so far is that in future, DUST players will have the option to choose sides when entering FW battles. |

EDIT: And you spelt "duel" wrong. "dual" means two, as in "dual-wield". |

When did I say you had to turn your back?
He takes 10 steps away from you while you're charging. He turns to shoot while you're releasing your FG shot. |
