I get that megacorps are powerful. Do they really have to stomp about us pubbies to prove themselves?
I will predict the first three replies to this thread.
First reply: HTFU.
Second reply: HTFU
Third reply: YEAH, FIRETRUCK THE IMPS!
I called it. For the first guy: later. I'm enjoying being pubstomped because sometimes I'm on the side of the pubstompers.
To the second guy: Later. For frak's sake, I'm HingTFU right now. I swear. Really. I'll find a corp. At some point.
Third reply: no, there are other corps than the Imperfects. You don't have to be perfect to pubstomp, you just have to have a few tanks, infantry to protect them, and an enemy team made up of uncoordinated blueberries. Ones with a lot to lose by sending expensive suits that are likely to be ripped apart in the red meatgrinder zerg. Imps (tiny little bastards that they are) don't have any kind of monopoly on that ****. |

Be patiant friend, stick it out, and build up your SP. With the release of Uprising, mega corps will all be busy grabbing up thier own little pieces of new haven. New haven is broken down into different security levels. As soon as the next update comes out large corps will be operating in low security space or Null sec. Public matches are held in high security space, where casual players will be able to thrive. You should be able to play and learn without having to fight a squad of tanks in an ambush. And if corps are still pubstomping, you can always hire someone beter than them to teach them a lesson. Best of luck getting started, and if you join a corp and run 4 man squads pubstompings become easier to deal with. -Delta |

Player list. If you see nothing but day 1 uselessberries on your side and on the enemy side you see FOUR full squads of known Corporations then its a sure bet that it will not end well for You and the bluberries.
Your choice then is decideing on being dead clone over and over to four tanks in ambush or picking another match. Problem solved. Leave battle.
Then when you have more SP/ better gear then you can choose to stay. And thats the best advice you are going to get.

Team 1:
4 x Imperfects 4 x Internal Error 4 x Southern Legion 4 x random no-name Corp - but still 4 players from the same Corp.
Team 2.
3 x Southern Legion 2 x another random no-name Corp. BLUEBERRIES GALORE!!!
Who wins?

You can't make SP playing corp battles... You get most WP from running in Squads... WP correlates to SP.... I think you can figure it out from here. |
