I thought about this for some time, I'll name a few players from past builds, still playing, but alas I see less of some of them these days.
Immnuto, Gem cutter and Trollsroyce.
All of these players have given me a run for my money at some stage.
Immnuto for bring the one shot that I never expecting. Teaching me to keep my head down
Gem Cutter for being the one to take me down in a sprint on the old sniper map, with your typical one shot.
Trollsroyce, for being the toughest son of B to take down, that and trying to drop an LAV on my head lol.

During the HEE I was playing a lot of ambush to get more games in, and I kept coming up against a dude called rafa rid3bros or something similar, and he would destroy me every time. I set up a fitting just for him, all shield tank and armour plates, flux and a duvolle. (the only time I ever use it!) I FINALLY got him once, then twice, then I found I was getting him regularly - hurrah! I don't have my 140k isk "rafa hunter" fit anymore, as im back on skirmish, and he just doesn't frighten me like he used to. Current rivals? I always get a little thrill when I see one of the forum members playing - if theyre red, I focus fire on them, if blue, I follow! I was trying to back up Cat Merc a while ago, the dude was too quick and lethal for me to keep up... |
