melee. that ***** worthless. you can elbow the guy directly in the head and nothing will happen, but the smurf running past your right will take a random friendly fire hit from you.
can we complain about this more please? maybe make the melee system similar to halos in terms of how fluid it is?
i mean sometimes the guy just decides to not even melee when you put in the input.. really.. |

idk about the assassination thing.. the speed differences of everyone are pretty crazy and trying to imagine a recon suit overpower a heavy one for an assassination gives me headaches.
idk.. maybe just keep it like halo 3's melee, but hey thats just me. |

i'm not saying anythings really wrong with the damage, or that theres not enough support or whatever..
what im saying is it feels like you push the button and the guy basically swings a limp arm at someone. maybe it'll hit, maybe he wont even swing. who knows, but the doctor couldnt find a problem.
maybe try and improve the system so it feels more fluid and is something you can actually rely on in cqc.. not something u use to just cancel stuff or smack afkers like it currently is. |

im not even asking about like a buff or anything..
if anyone here has played halo they know exactly what i mean when i say the hits just feel solid. you know when it is and isn't going to hit, its just a solid swing... feels kind of like shooting weapons in cs 1.6..
im not even saying oh buff melee it up need nerf wahhh just make it feel right. its like spaghetti arms right now, it feels bad, man. |

theyre not supposed to be instant kills, thats not what im implying.. neither am i asking for a lunge.. just look at what happens when u actually melee the person. like.. idk it looks and feels like thats a freaking punch from a guy in a powersuit strong enough to kill a person lol. i dont know how to describe it.. its just really wonky in dust.
