X**X indicates this is not being implemented this patch. cloak isnt this patch is it ? So thatGÇÖs what you can expect in the next update, but what about beyond that? There are two equipment items on the top of our list that we want to get into the game as soon as we can. The first is a Shield Generator. Ever wished for some cover where there isnGÇÖt any? Wish no more: With the Shield Generator youGÇÖll be able to deploy your own personal static shield bubble. Handy when a ship is dropping bombs on your head from orbit or youGÇÖve been caught in the open by an enemy trying to melt you with a laser rifle. The second item is a Cloaking Field. This sneaky bit of kit will not only make you (almost) invisible to other combatants, it will also blind turret AI targeting systems. It isnGÇÖt perfect invisibility, mind you GÇö scanners will still pick you up if you havenGÇÖt masked your signal well enough, motion will disrupt the field to some extent, and weapon fire will cause the field to shut down. This means it will take some skill to use to its maximum potential. This item is going to be a real game changer, particularly for Scout dropsuits which have been screaming for stealth gear.
We don't know if it will make it in or not so I cannot have it unconfirmed it either. |

Also nothing on the skirmish bug that doesn't register K/Ds?
If they roll out this new build without fixing that glitch, you mite as well change the name from planetary conquest to planetary camping the MCC, when it comes to that game mode...
What about the stacking penalty glitch/bug. Faction warfare? More like faction unfair...
My sources are from various developer comments, server dumps, and the usually copy paste of things from previous patches that nearly shows up on every patch. |

Where are you getting your information, I have either heard only rumor or information that conflitcs with the above? Or is this simply what you want/expect?
Well there is a new video showing off the plasma launcher. Corp battle size was old news so was star map. drone hive is a data mined object may not be on this patch.
Either way Wolfman has another blog on the way involving the new suits and how skills are being done and one more for the new guns.
I was informed that assualts there the first ones to get racial-ed out and it would seemed about right other races will have to wait a bit. .
As far as I can reverse engineer, the plasma launcher is a light frame AV weapon that does not have any locking ability and may have a slight charge time. Vs the swarm launcher it does far more damage and is a bit faster. However does not have the reach nor oomph per hit as the forge gun. |

I'm sorry but lol what? EVE that is flowing with ISK has a CSPA at 2,950, and DUST that generally has very much limited about of ISK (and ways to earn it) gets 5x higher fee? Just makes me laugh, if the goal is to prevent spam mails from EVE pilots - that won't do jack because of the amount of ISK the spammers have and will use (convert it so the CSPA is given to the bunny and we at least got a way to move ISK into DUST).
Also, nice coverage. /c
Numbers where thrown around some time ago I dont remember anymore when, but it was supposed to keep people like in UnReal from spamming the whole universe as they where just copy pasting alts to spam everyone. As for isk gains for minimal efforts 15,000 is pretty low number to set to, it would mean about 10-20 spams an afk battle. |

Of course there will always be more X* *X than O* *Os but getting developers to spill beans is very hard. how did you even get THIS list?
As explained before. this list is generated from the much larger list of all known inbound items and updates.
That list is generated by all known goals from all known sources, some goals get dropped off but rarely. The additional goals are then thrown in by server dumps. Item names pop up and we usually get a very good heads up of upcoming items well before they show up.
For example plasma cannon been around since they added the mass driver.
From there comes the boiling down process based on dropped hints from Facebook, Twitter, IRC, and Forums and additional observations of the server dumps.
1. Generic Copy paste per patch - Basically Stuff like Fix bugs are going to be on every patch. - Graphical refinement is going to be in ever patch ect ect.
2. IRC Drophints - This normally contains the best sources of things currently being worked on or those odd end features you may not have heard of yet. such as squad stuff. There is no guarantee of this listing of stuff making it to the build though so things that feel like they're going to take much longer than current build cycle gets shifted out or off the list.
3. Updates to Database. - Usually when items get worked on by the developers the database status changes, such as the plasma cannon used to be a test plasma cannon with the swarm launcher description. Now there is a full list of them out there. Items that get tweaked alot get put on the list, items not tweaked often are typically put back on back burner. Some of these items may never see the light of day unfroutunately.
4. Forum posts. - The most accurate source of up and coming changes. The weekly feedback list usually adds onto the long list, and then its chucked at the devs in various locations to see if they're being updated or worked on.
5. Soon (tms) Quite a few of these but in dev speak it generally means its on the schedule or is being worked on currently. For example there are Cloud cities internally as well as PVE, yet the where not promised for this build. |

This is not going to happen, probably ever. Its open to too much abuse, and fox said something about how unbalanced this would be at some point on the irc channel.
Well it was introduced they just renamed it and put newer mechanics behind it. Something called planetary conquest. |

Well it was introduced they just renamed it and put newer mechanics behind it. Something called planetary conquest. And the loss is of a district, the investment into it, and any future money that could be made, which is a tad different than constantly robbing corps of their ISK by initiating battles when they aren't even online. edit: not saying it's a bad thing to rob corps, I just think there needs to be an error in trust on somebody's part for it to happen.
Semantically you're still robbing a corp of its potential money. |
