There is a magic crystal ball though and I am very careful in its usage. Pretty sure he was trying to suggest the alleged Gallente Assault suit is actually the Amarr Crusader suit. Note how he specifically states it "doesn't look... Gallente enough" in his post.

They gave us one date and people assumed the other because it lines up nicely with the game's title.

No one assumed anything. 14th wasn't announced as a release date for the new build. That was the question being asked. And the answer saying they gave us 2 dates implied they were both dates for the new build, which they aren't. Nobody from CCP has said that the 14th is the release date for the next update. They've said the 6th. One date. They've given us another date for something unspecified to happen, but given the proximity to the update, it's unlikely to be another update, which means it's not part of the answer to the question being asked.
