lordeh42 Tronhadar Free Guard Minmatar Republic 9	Posted - 2013.03.26 21:56:00 - [1] - Quote Due to the General unhappyness of the Dust community with the terrible state of Heavy dropsuits and "Heavies in General" with the new Patch a New and Unique Slot has been added to heavy suits called the Heavy Support slot. The intention of this slot is to give "heavies" a much more group support role and 3 modules are being planned, outlined below: 1...The HTM Module The HTM or Heavy trampoline Module will allow heavies to turn there armour into "Flexweave". The intention being to allow Heavies to asume the prone postion and other players (mainly scouts) to run up and jump on the heavy propelling themselves via the "Flexweave" large distances without the need to sprint. 2...The DBM Module The DBM or Door Blocker Module has no effect while the heavy lives (never very long) but comes into effect on their death. The module itself simply increases the time till the body dematerializes and keeps it in solid form for 4 seconds. The idea being that on urban maps the Heavy would throw himself in a doorway effectively blocking that doorway for 4 seconds allowing his AR squadmates time to reload. 3.. The V-LAV Module The V-LAV or Veritical Light armoured Vechile Module is a vehicle assistance mod for light vehicles. When activated the module throws the heavy on his back and turns him into a ramp. The LAV then runs over the heavy and the resistance incured by the heavies midriff (yes heavies are fat) will force the vehile upwards allowing it to fly short distances. I am sure CCp would appreciate your feedback on these mods and Any Ideas you may have too
Sobriety Denied FIREFLY ATLANTIS ENTERPRISES UNLIMITED TACNET 509	Posted - 2013.03.26 22:00:00 - [2] - Quote lol... the heavy excretes a stick substance when being pursued from it's butt and cause the enemy to become "stuck in mud" (we already have this coded in when trying to run over hilly terrain...) the heavy contains the ability to eat corpses before belching a gas cloud, blinding enemies and causing a toxic DoT/AoE.. (similiar to corpse explosion from Diablo 2)

Rifter7 Improvise. 137	Posted - 2013.03.26 22:43:00 - [7] - Quote how about the haters gonna hate module that produces a unique heavy emote for when the heavies are on dropship accessible only areas denying any counter attacks from dropships and infantry/vehicle harassment with their forge gun with their laser/massdriver/sniper friends. or the "don't bother" picket board module for use of deployment when snipers see enemy heavies. it would help enemy snipers realize shooting a heavy is largely a waste of time compared to the other available targets. or maybe the baby bouncer module which would deploy rubber straps to the top of capture points. it would allow the heavy to quickly and effectively bounce around the cubby and increase their already frightful ability of denying point caps and allowing them to get behind miscellaneous cover points to avoid grenades and mass driver- more so than their apparently slow movement allows. of course we can't forget about the personalized hologram teabagger module, for use when the heavy is busy efficiently spawn camping the living **** out of a cru, uplink or point. what it could do was produce a target specific hologram of the heavy teabagging the dieing target after spawn, yet allow the heavy to efficiently deny any kind of spawn from occurring without the need to teabag himself. and you can't forget the "we're underpowered" audio que that the assault rifle, laser rifle, mass driver and sniper rifle heavy suits can use after they overpower another similar user with their suits superior base hp and stacked mods. or maybe the auto forum post that will upload your tears onto the forum every time you lose your heavys suit to dieing in an open area from laser, ar, sniper, mass driver, grenade, melee spam, novaknifes, lav rams, tanks, forge guns etc onto the forums. you could tailor the tears to your own specifications.

Because that causes some people to look at you with severe disapproval.
