Without much problems...
Pick your corpmates based on personality and maturity. If their skill level at the game sucks, oh well. Least you all get along right?

Correct actually.
Furthermore, gun-game skills can be honed pretty easily, but metagame interpersonal skills aren't so easily improved upon.
You can always teach a guy how to clear a corner or how to properly monitor his HUD, but teaching him not to be an immature **** that alienates potential corp recruits and causes unecessary diplomatic tensions can often be problematic.
Today's "noob" is tomorrow's "vet", and considering the fairly low "skill gap" of this particular game, it doesn't take long to jump from one catagory to the other.
Don't fall into the trap of thinking that the only way to be successful is to siphon off long term players who have already learned the game. Everyone was new at some point, even guys like Cyn Bruin here and his easy-bake-oven corp. |

It's not about the size of the corp, it's about the cahones of the corp. |

Hmm the once PRO loyal cat has joined Betamax? Looks like PRO and their fail Corp Operatives of the Goat have finally hit rock bottom.
Unless of course your spying on Betamax? Trying to steal their ISK to make up for the 300 Mil you all lost? Funny, CBJ is one of the few people I know that actually keeps his Cat on a leash |

I moved to Betamax because there were barely any PRO members active when I was up, and I had to stay up to midnight to talk to leadership. Betamax is a mostly European timezone corp, hence when I'm active the others are too. BetaMax just fits me more.
I left with good terms with CBJ, he understood my reasoning and wished me good luck in the future. So no, everything is fine, chill. |
