Its Op as hell against tank, it wipes me out every time in my Gunnlogi, wtf man its an expensive tank, mines like 1mil isk and wtf a newb running around with a shotgun wipes me out?? i believe precision strike should only be effective on people, on tanks it should only disable its function for a lil bit as in like a emp... |

So if the Orbital strike was reduced damage and your team is dying to an enemy tank. OB is your last defense.

i have heavy sheild extenders 6800 sheild, one sheild repair, surge protect and one 15% damage reducer 2 powergird updates which give me 7% armor and sheild and 7% powergrid... you call dat a bad fit?? |
