So CCP here's an idea that will introduce new goodies to us all your loyal and newcomer beta testers, make you money, and an extra little slice of variety to our beloved Dust 514.
With the release of a new build around fanfest (its coming right? I mean it better be!) you should put out a new merc pack for sale. Call it the "Veteran's pack" and put it in these things
1 30 day active booster (like we already get)
40,000 Aurum (like we already get)
50 scrambler rifles that are standard but can be used by anyone
50 plasma cannons that are standard but can be used by anyone
50 flaylock pistols that are standard but can be used by anyone
50 gauss rifles that are standard but can be used by anyone
1 30 day UVT
So there you have it, the booster and aurum we buy merc packs for plus 50 of each of the new weapon types that can be played with the minute one plops down their $19.99. I think you would sell a ton of these, I know I'd buy one! Who doesn't want to be able to try out all the new weapons for the low price of $20! |

+1. Also why not a merc pack for each class specifically like a scout,Logi,heavy,assault with good gear in it. Maybe even charge a bit more for it. Just an idea. |

I would welcome this... I want to try out the new weapons but don't want to spend the sp.
If they add in militia variants that would be nice as well. So I would pay for a merc pack to try them out but if not I would like mlt versions. |

What about nice roles? Thats all well and good for the majority of players, but those of us who havent specd into assault are left in the cold |

I thought BPO would be greedy, but the current merc pack does come with a BPO standard merc suit usable like militia. Put in a new assault suit like that would be pretty sweet |
