Speaking of corps, what happened to a few of the unreal dudes? We had a few that tried applying to us and maple is in his own corp now.

A note from GNN Administration on how the Guide certifies and regulates the Mercenary Corporations section.

GNN does not attempt to report all possible forms of alliances and corporate interests that exists within New Eden, that would be impossible. We do our best to stay informed and thus keep our readers informed of the most pertinent issues going on throughout the Galaxy.

Corporations and Alliances listed in the Guide are organizations that have in some way affiliated themselves with GNN so we can further process information, or have obtained enough social credability to deserve a page of their own. Corporations and Alliances that do not pertain to the top 100 Corporations in New Eden will not be reported on, unless they have some form of association with a larger organization, either in EVE or Dust.

To explain, since this post apparently got some attention:

The pages on the main corporations section are articles that have not been updated due to a variety of reasons:

1) Corps that don't respond to our messages and questions
2) Corps that choose not to openly state all their info (Imperfects is a good example)
3) Corps that have been seen to have potential have dropped off in activity, but not necessarily in numbers or WP.

Could you link me to a better one? I can update the Guide at any time....

We'd also prefer to have official statements from RND in order to fully update the page accurately. A statement would be published on the GNN Frontpage, and recorded in the Guide.

I think you're making them up. I don't remember any good corp called the imperfects.

Why am I showing this. Just showing that math can be different.

What does this mean. That math can be bias. You can always make it show what you want if your good enough at manipulating the numbers.

You give no reason why PFBHz is better then everyone else besides I did math and I have to be correct because math is never wrong.

But in a way math can be. Yes you may have solved your formula or problem correctly. But maybe your formula or problem is wrong for what you are doing.

Until your formula is tested by the masses and then approved it can not be considered unbiased.

Do I think PFBHz is good yes. But slap is still my dog. :) and he knows it.

Our "Top 5 Corporations" thread is currently compiled using only posted and available stats. It is important for everyone to realize that if a corporation does not show up on the top 100 leaderboards, we do not take their KDR, Win/Loss, or Kill #s into account. A corporation must be healthy, active, and successful to warrant being viewed here. We do a lot of calculation to obtain data not provided by the game (such as losses). As such, the stats available are based only on pub-style deployment in conjunction with Mercenary and Corporation battles. This will shift once corporation stats become isolated further from pub stats with FW and PC.

All the stats are currently pub-based, as we have stated in our "NOTE":
