Dreddit as in "Subdreddit"? Or, is there another? Sorry personal Jargon but yes Subdreddit. How good are they? I have yet to run in to them. Are they mostly EU? Dreddit is the eve corp and Subdreddit is the sister corp for dust. They come from the website reddit. They're huge with 780 member in subdreddit alone (not to mention Dreddit) and they easily dominate Eve, but I don't know about dust514. Numbers may be less important than skill although they'll certainly have the capsuleer support for aerial bombardment, and if Eve-dust Isk exchange ever opens up again they will quickly become the richest corp in the game. No amount of ISK can buy you aim and FPS ability. These corps that think once they can dump billions of ISK into their characters and believe they'll be able to suddenly field a 16 man competent team when they struggle in 8v8 is laughable. Aerial support isn't that important, you might catch a few more enemies with the wider blast radius/different ammo type, but how do you expect to generate enough WP to make it matter when you're getting stomped across the board on the ground? I have a feeling these huge alliances backing the sub-par skilled corps will end up dropping them when they're constantly losing ISK from having their districts raided. |

Weren't you the kid whining about losing proto suits by getting run over by LAVs? I think we could at the very least make you rage hard. Not to mention that we can make you beg for ISK. Once the game hits it's fully fleshed out state, it'll take serious effort to run proto gear, and you certainly won't be running it in pub matches. Let's just wait and see, yes? CCP devs made it very clear in an earlier thread it'll be even easier to field proto suits every match when the new update hits. Do you honestly think I'm afraid of you or anyone in your corporation? Nobody in this game shakes me. I said it once, and I'll say it again, it doesn't matter how many fancy eve ships you have in orbit, or the big crooked numbers in your wallet, it's not going to make a difference when you're getting outkilled 5-1 on the ground. I have a comfortable 50+m in my wallet, and friends in EVE willing to give me ISK for nothing. I don't think I'll be begging anyone for ISK anytime soon. 1/10 see me after class |
