I have no internal knowledge of the happenings with Pdiggy22 or CCP during this time. But I do know that MANY people posted up videos of DUST514 during closed beta. Some were taken down by youtube, some werent, but the posters of said videos were never perma-banned like him. Some were definitely banned, but not to this extent.

Once again tag interferes with rational thinking. Was he in the wrong in posting videos during "closed beta" even though you could buy into it?

I think he violated the agreement and probably deserved some punishment because of the contract. But if you are going to perma-ban one person for it, you have to perma-ban them all and that didn't happen.

But if you are going to perma-ban one person for it, you have to perma-ban them all and that didn't happen. CCP tried to take down his videos, he could have been a good boy and let them. Instead he QQed to Youtube so he could keep them up. He could have co-operated, instead he chose to fight it it even though he knew he wasn't supposed to post the videos in the first place. It's hard to feel sorry for him. I doubt CCP singled him out just so they could keep his measly 10 bucks.
