There was a dev blog! HOLY **** I'M SUPER EXCITED ITS AMA... its about some guy from the community and not the dev blog you took down. Stop teasing CCP, you have the dev blog ready, you know people know about it, release the damn thing. You said it will be released later this day, and its been more than 15 hours!

Why the pointless delay however. Its ready, considering it was accidentally released earlier, and they said they will release it today. What does it matter if it happens now or 5 hours from now?
