Everyone I quoted above including Synergy, I have to ask you what your stance and goals are for PC. I understand when the next build comes out and PC is released, it will determine the weak from the strong and the casual from the competitive. We would like to own more and that's where we need good and new recruits. Red Star Death Squad is based on the communist ideology which means that no one hoards and everyone shares. None od the directors in Red Star DEath Squad hoard ISK. Infact all directors even though they are rich donate money to the corp wallet. I myself have donated over 60 million ISK to the corp wallet. The corp wallet pays for the corp battles and the corp contracts. If you loose something in the corp battle you are reimbursed for it irrespective of the cost. Also in pub matches if a director asks you to go hard and you do loose expensive equipment that is also reimbursed to you. In Red Star most reimbursements happen through the directors themselves. Say you need a new skill book or would like to tr out a new loadout in a pub match and need the ISk for that, ask one of the directors and they generally pay you for it. Since we share and hand out ISK when someone else needs there is no reason for the directors to hoard ISK. Besides that hoarding ISK doesn't even make sense! We rather hoard dropsuits, weapons and equipment rather than ISK. Hoarding ISK = Meaningless. Once we start minting ISk in PC there will be merc "salary" in addition to the Corp battle losses.

We have divided our lot into starters and subs. If we have minimum 6 starters we take a contract if we see one. The minimum contracts we take up are 1 million. We make sure our subs (i.e. people who don't have enough experience corp battling) play corp battles so that they are better trained. However we do have requirements for all our tankers;- all our tankers need to have secondary specialization and it has to be an exotic weapon like the MD/Laser/Scrambler pistol etc. Its fun to see the red dots rage when they get killed with an exotic weapon LOL! So far we have had only 3 losses;- OSG, Delta Force and WTF. We have won all of our other corp battles.

This ^ is who I am. Questions before joining a corp are always good. Most of the Red Star members have been around for over 5 years. Some of the big names you see out here all at one point in time were in Red Star. Remember 3 things;- 1. Your tank without good infantry support will just be worth as much as scrap metal 2. A good proto swarm loadout does 3000 damage per volley without considering the 30% additional damage swarms do on armor 3. CQC situations don't favor tankers and hence a secondary skill set is advised That's it from Red Star. If you want to join us holler up. I will have my Eve alt send you a Hi!
