There is no "oh, well maybe it's this" or "could possiblely be this". I have tested every conceivable avenue of thought, where this problem is concerned. As Banjo Hero said, it may not affect militia gear at all. I'm inclined to believe this also, because militia gear does not have any requirements. |

I'm inclined to believe this also, because militia gear does not have any requirements. That is not what the description for the passive affect of shield enhancements states. If this were true then it would say "modules requiring the shield enhancement skill" like the others do. Now whether or not there was a clerical error on CCP's part remains to be seen. Regardless, there IS none-the-less a problem: THE SKILL IS NOT FUNCTIONING AS DISCRIBED. I don't know how to make it any clearer than that.
I hear you. I'm not in front of Dust so I couldn't check what the description says. Indeed I don't remember about the part saying 'requiring shield enhancement skill...'. Just trying to offer some help but it seems you are right. |
