I think the descriptions of the modules always say what their base stats are.
Try removing the offending mod, and comparing the CPU and PG numbers on the fitting edit screen. If I'm right, the amount the PG/CPU numbers change by should be less than the base numbers in the description.
Of course, it's possible that the skills don't affect the militia gear, whether intended or not. |
