I just got killed by 1 mass driver shoot and I was full shield (463) and full armor (120). Do it CCP, nerf it! |

You can't tell me he actually one-shoted you with 400+ shields. I think you took a sniper round just as he shot you so a lot of your shields would be reduced. Mass drivers are just too weak against shields. (of course this argument is invalid if it was a proto) |

Yes you can get 1 shoted with a mass driver. If you hit someone directly in the chest at 20 feet with a granade launcher they probobly arnt coming back. This isnt an easy shoot though. As a mass driver user i can tell you that its easier to shoot at the ground near them a few times than to hit them once. Most of the time when I 1 shot people its luck, they just happen to step out from the corner as I'm shooting. Hovever if you are standing 20 paces infront of me and dont move, I'm going to shoot you in the chest with my proto MD, and 1 shot you. This is true of alot of weapons though, if you can hit that sweet spot you have a chance of 1 shoting your opponent. Also you can get killed by a single locus grenade, why wouldn't it make sense that you recieve the same damage from a gun shooting them at you? |

PS - The mass driver is fine, if a little difficult to use compared to most weapons. |

What kind of mass driver? Breach Mass Driver with a damage mod to the face could do that.
Do you know how hard that is? Bet you don't because you've never used one.
Snipers can do the same thing from across the map. Happens a lot. I'm not cryin nerf.  |
