it isn't smart at all. the variable is not at all in control of the players. it's like a choose your own adventure garbage where you just randomly pick A B or C without any indication of what they are without any say in it what so ever. if you have problems with different opinions than you can just deal with it, this is a forum not your tumblr site where you post your feelings and block anyone else with an opposing view. |

The players are the variable, CCP might say "we have two outcomes to this event, either one side wins or the other does" but what if an unrelated player group decides to get involved and just blows everything up, we then end up at outcome c. CCP has to plan for the various outcomes that could happen, not just the ones they want. and knowing what's going to happen if you choose option a over option b removes the whole point of the choice, we can make guesses about what's going to happen if we do something, but just like IRL we can't know for sure what the outcome will be. and I wasn't trying to block you I was just making a point, lighten up a bit |

Basically, everyone who spawns in Gallente MCCs could just sit there and let the Caldari win. Or likewise on the Caldari side, so it's one of those "Choose Your Adventure Books", where we aren't writing the story, we're just pointing it in a direction and yelling GO! |

the whole story with the capital carrying the millions of clones would of ended really early if the plot armor wasn't protecting them. the ship was indestructible as it was in space. CCP is just giving the illusion of choice. just like bioware if you think your choices matter than you are just naive |

CCP is just giving the illusion of choice. just like bioware if you think your choices matter than you are just naive I know that no matter what I do I'm still going to end up following ccp's prescripted choices, but having some choice is better than having no choice at all, I mean look at heavy rain, no matter what you did you would end up with one of the endings but what happened to get you to that ending was different every time, we're following the paths ccp has layed out but we can still pick what path we take. |

So once that Titan falls, I'm guessing all hell breaks loose. Gallente troops storming the Titan, killing all surviving crew members while the Caldari defend the Titan with their immortal lives. Capsuleers rain down death from above while mercenaries clash around the Titan to simply repel the enemy. Maybe Amarr could assist the Caldari while the Minmatar help out the Gallente.
