'Our introduction to the man known as Cerebral Wolf was confrontational to say the least. But after he learned our brand of media couldn't be intimidated, bribed or threatened we decided to settle on less adversarial relationship. Well known for his love of all things GSF, In this piece he sits down with us to explain his position with The Goons, his view on KDR, Stats and his promise that the infamous mercenary known as Protoman will get 'schooled in due time'.

Tolen Rosas wrote:whos protoman?
Proto Man was intended to become the first humanoid robot capable of independent thought and reasoning. Being a prototype robot, Proto Man's design was not complete. It was later discovered by Dr. Light that Proto Man had a dangerous imbalance in his energy core that would eventually kill him. However, being created too independent, not having another of his kind to interact with and severely troubled by his incomplete status, Proto Man had begun growing distrust for the good doctor. Fearing Light would change his character, Proto Man refused to have Dr. Light meddle with his systems and went missing.
Dr. Light had presumed Proto Man to have died and regrettably gave up on him. Learning from his mistakes, he perfected the energy core and created sibling units Rock and Roll. Proto Man's design became the basis of the Sniper Joe series of robots. In Mega Man Powered Up, it is revealed that Proto Man despises the Sniper Joe series due to this.
Knowing the time of his demise, Proto Man wandered the world alone. Before his energy reactor was completely depleted, he was found by the exiled scientist Dr. Wily. Dr. Wily managed to temporarily repair Proto Man by altering his energy core from a solar to a nuclear one, as well as making other modifications, turning him into a combat robot. He also gave Proto Man the Proto Shield, his helmet and his now-trademark visor in an attempt to hide his identity from Dr. Light.[1][2] Presumably, working on Proto Man's systems gave Wily greater knowledge in creating robots, helping his plans for world domination along.
Indebted to Wily, Proto Man served him under the alias of Break Man. He did this until his encounters with Mega Man in Mega Man 3 made him realize the true nature of Dr. Wily. Proto Man turned on Dr. Wily, aiding Mega Man but refusing help from Dr. Light, still holding onto his feelings of distrust.
Proto Man's signature whistle is a staple of the character and almost always plays before his appearance.
Proto Man is calm, cool, and collected in any situation and greatly independent. He plays an older brother role with Mega Man by helping him out and giving advice, and even saves his life on a few occasions. He is a loner who, like his brother, has a strong sense of justice and helps those who need it. He is also a grateful person as shown by how he repays Wily's debt for temporarily fixing him.
Proto Man is a playable character in Mega Man 9 and 10. He is useful in some areas, but playing as him has some cons too. When he jumps he raises his shield, blocking shots. Proto Man also fires slightly lower than Mega Man in Mega Man 10, letting him hit landmines, which Mega Man can not. But, unlike Mega Man when he gets hit, he takes twice the recoil and twice the damage, which is reason to utilize his shield. Proto Buster (pâûpâ½pâ+pé¦pâÉpé¦pé+pâ+? Blues Buster): A powerful arm cannon like the Mega Buster. Proto Man can charge energy to make the shot stronger. Proto Shield (pâûpâ½pâ+pé¦pé+pâ+pâ½pâë? Blues Shield): A strong shield that can deflect most attacks, he also dashes while holding it, using it as a battering ram. Proto Strike (pâûpâ½pâ+pé¦pé¦pâêpâ¬péñpé»? Blues Strike): A powerful short range charge shot used by Proto Man in Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters. An attack with the same name is used in Mega Man: Battle & Chase and Mega Man Powered Up. This is also the name of his Special Power in SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighters DS, which was mistranslated as "Bruce Strikes Back" in North America. Big Bang Strike (pâôpââpé¦pâÉpâ¦pé¦pâêpâ¬péñpé»?): An energy blast of tremendous power. This attack is very dangerous to Proto Man, however, as it severely drains his energy. It's used in Mega Man & Bass to destroy King's shield. Variable Weapon System: Proto Man can copy weapons from other robots and use them to his own advantage.
TLDR Protoman is a beast. |

I was asked a question, i wanted to tackle it head on rather than dancing around it and i wouldn't call that a reply, look in the war room for what a real reply from me is like. Just ask ZionShady...
To be fair, this interview was done several weeks ago and the announcements from CCP have changed my stance on a few things in their but there's nothing i can do about it now i guess.
I'm more than happy for people to keep thinking we're defenseless and incapable of doing anything other than Zerg too.
Money talks, don't ever forget that we're rich. In january we made 1,140,713,694,612.98 isk just from selling the stuff we got from our moons, that's not including any of the stuff we took/blew up or any of our corp taxes.

Not really one for the politics of EVE/DUST yet, still a lot to learn. Friendly tip though, remember to check for remotes at objectives, CW. I tried to send you in game mail the other day after getting you 6x in a row with remotes at the same letter but my game kept buggering up and deleting the whole message every time I tried to backspace 1 typo (didn't matter if I was typing with KB or DS3) |

I never see them. The damn things never seem to appear when i'm at an objective. I was getting annoyed that game because every time i attempted to cap a point you was there with RE.

Amusingly, if you place remote explosives right near the edge of the little platform, they will often disappear beneath the graphic, essentially becoming invisible. It's strongly advised to grenade / mass driver an objective before hacking, for this reason. |

Get Zion to step down and i can hook you up. I'll even make that an open offer to people. Theirs a bounty on ZIonShad... Prove you get him to step down before he runs his corp into the ground and i'll provide you with several billion isk depending on how much tears it generates. |
