DUST Search - Possible idea to a voting process without AUR transaction

So we've filtered the household -> accounts -> dust users -> eligibility -> locking codes to those users

I didn't want to include AUR transactions because this doesn't stop somebody buying multiple aur items on multiple accounts (CCP doesn't have access to card information)

Once those are elected (names are not made public and are put under NDA) they are given alt characters to represent the council, this means all epeen stroking goes out the door, the community gets their leader, and ccp gets a council

One of my directors goes away and fishes off shore for living for 3 months at a time, you'd be stopping him from voting just because he was away for a period. SP can't be used as part of the weighing process. Simple as that. I don't want people to game the system either, but something like that is going to narrow the vote count.

This is the most stupid idea you've had. Even worse than attempting to set up your own council then back peddling as fast as you could when called out over it. Anyone who's on the WC need's to be accountable for their actions with the community and as much as i hate the idea of them having to give out their personal information so we can all get another Prencleeve Grothsmore or ZionShad abusing that information i think it's important that their username and reputation at least get's used. I'm not going to react any differently to a good idea if it's posted by Jenza or even ZionShad, it will get my full support and that person deserves to be acknowledged for their accomplishments while on the council too. in addition to their failures so they don't get reelected.
