I have been skilling into tanking for a while now and i have come to the conclusion that there is only one tank fit. A blaster turret.
I have tried and tried again to fight these blaster tanks and yet to no avail, except for the rather week starters that are obviously just getting started.
I know what your gonna say, dont let them get in range, but i have found that this is almost impossible, especially when the skilled tank pilots are concerned. I know i am not the most skilled tank pilot, but i can drive a gunnlogi and i can almost use advanced missile, railgun, and blaster.
I just want to know if others have countered well fit blaster tanks using railguns or missile tanks. I am really getting demotivated with trying to fight all these blaster tanks. I thought that blaster tanks were suppose to be an anti infantry turret, so why is it so stupidly effective against other tanks? or am i wrong in saying that?
sorry for the noob questions, im just getting very frustrated. |

yes i thought that rails were meant to be anti tank, but i have found that most blasters are more effective, so why bother having rails at all? if the blaster is a do it all turret? its kinda stale  |

i really dont like blaster turrets, they can do everything, and i hate that. I also hate gaylentay tech. I really just dont like the fact that there are 3 turret types but only 1 is worth having. |

Oh YOUR NAME HERE, i fought against you the other day, we had 3 tanks, i was unlucky enough to be closest to you and you got me, i think the other two tanks took you down. your a pretty damn good tank driver. Do you only use blasters? |

- Accidental nerf tomorrow.
- Newly released Energy Turrets the new flavor the day after.
The cycle of life goes on. Everything will eventually be figured and balanced out. That's a part of play-testing.
true dat. Im just saying what i find lacking in this current build. Would be nice if blaster tanks were really good against infantry but less effective against vehicles. In the mean time i just want to know if there is anything i can do with the other turrets before im forced to conform to the one fit. |

wat? confused by your P.S. i dont use blasters, i use rails and missles. Im just wondering why blasters are more effective at killing tanks than rails. probably just my skills but ive lost some tank engagements when i felt i should have won.

But in closed beta before the nerfs I used missile turrets as they were supreme
