I have to commend you for recording with whatever it is you're recording with. The quality was a little lower than a OVR of course but I enjoyed and had no issues watching it.

To be honest, considering PRO is a corp that accepts everyone with a gun, its easier to run into the bad players.
I looked at the list of players they played against, I haven't recognized a single one that was in the "good players" list in my mind.
Recording a match playing against the worst/average of PRO doesn't say anything.

And the fact that he needs to strike low blows like these to make himself feel better shows how low his confidence is about his corp.

a foe has to be worthy of respect, it is something earned from a hard fought victory, their mcc barely even had its shields down, and they lost fewer than 20 clones in the fighting. that was not hard fought.

We are the biggest corp in the game, that means you have to sift through a lot of noise to find the good people.
In fact, we might have more good players than your corp.

I have to commend you. This is the first time that I have actually seen someone from PRO (other than MT) provide some honesty. There are definitely some good players within but they are overshadowed by the all-mighty ZERGness that is the corp as a whole.

Typical scenario: You see a squad of PRO on your side, you instantly cringe. At the end of the game, there might be one that puts up some decent numbers (even in the top 3). The rest of them are 2/4 with around 300 WP.

Well, I'm usually in the top 3, and my squad is too.
Even with the people that bash us on the other side.

Besides, if you run in a squad of good PRO, then you account for a small percentage of the entire corp. Lets say you had 50 good to very good players in the corp. That would still be a 1 in 20 chance of running into them when you see PRO which would make it an anomaly.

I meant that if I have a squad we fill up all 4 places on the top.

I noticed that even the worst players get a decent score with good leadership.
So I try to either get a good leader for the squad or be a leader myself and do my best to help the new berries.
We are trying to help the new guys turn to great players, and that isn't going to happen without them going into the battlefield with us helping.

Your entire corp is newbies. The good ones are, what I think I've heard... 3 names? out of a supposed 1000-1600.

that means the maximum good players in your corp are .3 percent trickling down to .1875 percent of your population that means that there is a less than 1% chance of running into ANY good players from your corp. hell, those three aren't even a full squad.

That's an assumption that has no basis.
I could give you 8 players off the top of my head.

I can prove, if you come to a corp match and ask for the good players.

And that's the difference, other corps don't need to call out their good players from the newbie masses, they recruited well and therefore have good players. you'll take anything that can figure out how to use the instant battle.

Both have their advantages and disadvantages.
You are focusing on the disadvantages, but you're forgetting that since we're so big, we can win battles by just attrition even if our players suck.
So we send the good players where we need some place taken quick, and the rest will work on low priority planets.
Plus we get a bunch of them to PvE, and considering corp taxes, we keep our operations afloat.
