That isn't to say that they're filled with Bad players, there are quite a few decent PRO players, they're just hidden by the massive amounts of terrible ones. PRO used to be a pretty tough contender, if i recall correctly, during the Closed Beta. You know... those dark ages everyone seems to have forgotten about and learned nothing from?

B.) The Spamming. Using Local Chat to recruit and spamming mails to everything in local has caused a lot of hate to come PRO's way. Honestly I'm not sure why though. It's not like you can't get rid of the mail, or block the guy sending it. And hardly anyone talks in Local anyway. Gotta admit though that period where that guy with the long speech would spam it every 5 min. was annoying but that seems to have stopped.

My point is that none of those matter unless they're competitive. They don't lose anything by being hated. So why bother hating them? That is all...
