Don't sell off your stuff, just expect to wait a year before this game even starts to announce the Jet fighters and MTACs.

The really really big stuff might be enough to get people to give it another go.

But 5 months of a 4 map shooter is all it can take. I agree. Just see if they can somehow pull this one out of the gutter :/

Six months from January 10th is July 10th since you're going on the assumption that Jan is our starting point. But if it's October then six months from that is... April. I however am wondering about delivery timetables of new content builds. Hopefully at Fanfest there is a new content build delivered to the fans by then. Keep up the good work.

Jan 10 was a reset without a new build, so 3-6 months would be end of march to end of June. I would guess early may, just after fanfest. It will probably be a massive build though to make up for the wait. I doubt another borderlands will come out, they took from 2009 to 20012 for the second. And that game is so different it is not competition to dust. Fallout is a single player rpg, people play for month or so and put it away, if I put the hours into a fallout I do dust I would finish it in a week and be back playing dust. Ps4 is coming holiday's 2013, so it will probably be after October, not before. Destiny will come out at some point and be a competitor, but is confirmed to not release in 2013. It will need a long open beta like dust and hasn't started it yet. Defiance being tied to a tv show could come and go before October when network cancels the show. People on forums said borderlands 2, moh: warfighter, halo 4, and blackops 2 would kill dust unless it came out first last fall. It seems to have survived to me. Rushed builds will kill it when people rage at bad implementation, patience is a virtue although I hope SOONGäó is on the sooner side.

The FPS community is fickle, they will move on quickly and not look back. New and shiny FPS's come down the market all the time, you're selling point to this game is what? EVE related gameplay? This is an average lobby shooter with 4 maps and bad hit detection after 8 months of closed beta. While I am not a big fan of COD games. I will say this, they put out more maps bi-monthly. I would bet all my isk if CCP had just added 4 new maps and the 3 new weps a month ago, the company wouldnt be receiving the criticism it is now. Small doses of content at regular bi-monthly intervals isn't to much to ask. Waiting 4 months just for "an announcement" of new content is to long... by then alot of your fan base will already have a negative mindset against it. So its a lose-lose. I wanted this f'king game to succeed so much and since Replication it has gone downhill. Least I made a ton of PSN friends to play other shooters with... thanks for that CCP.

Just see if they can somehow pull this one out of the gutter :/ What makes me sad is there never was point to point testing i.e. everyone only use a shotgun to test the maps then a few days later only use sidearms, etc. in order to build a base of data points in order to quickly discover what made the memory leaks. But even in the closed beta we were never asked to do testing like this. What bothers me is that with no new content there really is nothing new to test. Oh well.

Also new berries please don't post about things you know nothing about. A year ago DUST was friggin amazing. Now I struggle to play for 2 hours 3-4 times a week
