This is THE thread that CCP needs to read in order for the next build to be more stable. Other important topics are already being looked at so I will not mention them.
Now let's begin with the overlooked issues,
Terrain physics:
Sprinting on the planet's natural terrain is a real annoyance in these situations: (1) moving around hills, (2) sprinting towards a hill, and (3) being stuck, as in falling forever, in elevated rocks or pipes. Last I checked this was previously fixed in a earlier build, but I suspect the changes were reverted to fix the massive framerate lag that occurred soon after the update to Singularity.
Increased frequency of lag while going through the dropsuit fittings:
This one problem may only be experienced by others using an older version of the PS3 (I use large size model). While exploring the fittings or restocking, the fps drops drastically as if my PS3 is was about to freeze, though it never did.
NOTE: As previous problem, this may have began to occured around the same time a fps fix was given for battles.
Incorrect CPU/PG (and skill?) requirements for weapons/equipments:
The ADV snipers have CPU/PG requirements of a PRO sniper, "Stable" equipment variants don't really save up CPU/PG and the "Dawnpyre" drop uplink only has a skill requirement of LV 1 DU but its uses are very close to that of a prototype uplink.
"Buckle up, we're gonna crash" -Bolas:
Never have I seen such a complete disregard of vehicle safety as the Bolas. With added collision, things things rarely leave the battlefield without taking damage from the environment. Usually these things crash together with my vehicle and leaves it somewhere far at the mercy of my enemy.
Strange disconnects while in the merc quarters and without a squad:
I am not sure why but if I'm not in a squad and stop playing for a few minutes, I might get logged out from the servers. I could still explore some menus but anything I buy will not properly update (same goes for typing text in the chat). Easiest way to know if this happens is when you attempt to create a squad but nothing happens.
"Real" downed body of a merc may not show true locations for providing uses of the Nanite Injector:
Easiest way to reproduce this is to get killed while on rising terrain or get your body dragged by a vehicle, then try to apply the Nanite Injector to the mercs body.
Flux grenades still kill infantry:
I don't know the cause, it's a rare bug.
Empty killfeed when destroying dropship with infantry inside:
When destroying a dropship after applying additional damage, you may get this killfeed:

Note: This will only occur if the dropship was not destroyed from crashing on the ground.
The following are just some minor stuff that I would to see later on in Dust and may only require a small effort:
Throughout the many builds, several weapon variants were removed for being very accessible and somewhat overpowered. The following weapons should be accesible again (ISK and AUR) BUT they must require Proficiency 5 of its type in order to wield:

Considering the amount of SP required to reach LV 5, I'd say that this seems fine since the player could have used the 4-5 weeks worth of SP on something else that may have been more important.
-Kinetic Catalizer should also offer movement speed bonuses (STD-2%, ADV-3%, PRO-5%). -Salvage needs to feature more unique items like the Compact Assault rifle. -Corp battles should give out rare rewards depending on how much ISK was put in the contract. -Balac's Modified Assault dropsuit and several other recent variants need to display unique colors. -Return the different kinds of weather for maps once its fixed.
