First, hello to all. I'm a noob, read post on SP cap and understand the need. However, I believe, with the booster packs available the weekly SP cap should be increased.
I started a new character today and with both boosters reached the CAP.
Day off, of course. |

Cap is raised when using a booster. By +50% // So in the end, it takes you the exact same amount of time to cap with or without a booster.
Also, passive skill dont count for what you call CAP. |

Thank you, just seems a waste of AUR for boosters, if able to reach SP cap so quickly. Then have to wait 'til Wed for reset. |

Your potential SP earned from matches when you reach the cap is also raised if you have booster, so booster is in no way becoming useless at any point.
And these questions should be posted in "Training Ground" section of the forums ;) |

Weekly SP cap is 190,400. An Active Booster allows the SP Cap to be Raised by another 95,200 SP, 50% of the total. If you can do it in one day then the 2K version works. However, for each and every battle you finish while the Active Booster is enabled you gain 50% of SP after the SP Cap is reached. Each match/battle is limited to 1000 WP where WP directly transfers to SP.
The Passive SP is 24K per day. With a Passive SP Booster the is 36K SP per day. There is No Other Way to get that SP. Regardless of whether you think it is worth it or not.
Now, consider that you have hit the SP Cap and have a booster. You play for a few hours every few days and put in eight on the weekend. Each Battle effectively raises the SP Cap by the amount of WP (limited to 1000/1500 with Booster) for every battle finished. Say you average 600 SP and run two dozen battles from when you capped out. That is 14,400 SP Beyond the SP Cap. With an Active Booster the total becomes 21,600 SP. I know several Mercs that do many times that.
Whether Any of this is worth AUR is between you and your wallet. |
