What happens when someone is waiting for Revive? The Red stands over them and starts picking their not quite corpse clean? Ain't gonna happen. Finally, when a clone dies the Entire thing Disintegrates or hadn't you noticed that?

Imagine your perfect weapon being picked off you then some Logi Bro revives you. Now you stand around without a primary weapon and if the Red was fast enough not even a side arm. Grenades too. Just you, a walking target, heading to a Supply Depot to refit everything. Better hope the Red doesn't like your helmet or you could die in the arbitrary atmospheres of whatever planet you were fighting on. Not to mention if the HAV drivers have already blown up all the Supply Depots. Then you get to commit suicide just to get a weapon to use. Sounds like a perfect Rage Quite solution to me.

As far as picking up items from the Fallen there is a solution that is Already Planned. It is a Salvage system that works like EVE Online. Every item in the battle is tested to see if if survives or not. If it Does survive it is put into a pool and distributed after the battle. The current Salvage is a place holder until the proper one is in place.

I kill an enemy with an AR, i get whatever isnt in his clip. I also run Nanohives. If he has any nano hives left and my skills permit the use of the kind he has, it would be cool to be able to loot his corpse through an action prompt to get them. Swapping grenade types in the field through dead enemies should work too, as long as you have the SP to use it and it doesn't go over your suits capabilities. The ammo should just auto pickup as you walk over the dead body, but to get equipment and grenades you will need to actually stand there and loot it.

The only time nanohives are ever used is when you are holding a position, or running away to find a position to throw some down because you are out of ammo? And if you are worried about WP, you only get 10 when someone uses it.... so its not like you are getting a noticeable amount of points from them anyways. This wouldnt make them obsolete. If no one ran them, someone would either have to die, or risk running 20+ meters into a group of enemies to maybe get a clip and a half of AR ammo. Im usually running around with 60 in the clip and between 120-175 in reserve.

And the ammo and grenades (if they are running the same ones as you) you would get from them at the same rate as an advanced nano hive. But to swap their grenades (if you are running different ones) or swap out equipment is to go into a little popup menu to select them. The only way to get the equipment is by going into the pop up menu. They could also employ icons signifying if they have the same ammo as you, or are running equipment usable by you.

Equipment as in anything in their equipment slots. And ive actually already had to commit suicide before to get more ammo in an ambush match so im sure im not the only one. And if someone loots your corpse of all the ammo but whats in your clip, i guess then would be a good time to.......... find a nanohive? If this was implemented, it would in no way make anything obsolete.
