I've discovered several glitches in my time that have really tampered with my ability to play. The first of which seems to be the worst of, and consists of the reloading animation going off, reloading the gun, and then the word 'Reloading' keeps flashing instead of getting a clip. Switching guns seems to fix this, however you need to reload again. Unfortunately with a logistic suit, this is impossible, and I've sometimes thrown myself at the enemy just to respawn to be able to shoot again.
The second glitch has to do with ramps and hills, basically anything with an incline. Every now and again I'll go up/down a hill to escape somebody or just use it as a shortcut. However, the hill will literally grab me, and I'll slowly 'float' down, unable to move, jump, or do anything else. This really only seems to trigger by landing on a bit of the hill you can't actually go up.
The third glitch has to do with the supply depots. They'll grab you, and won't let go. It's happened to me and several squadmates, and the only thing you can do is to kill yourself, destroy the depot, or wait for someone to kill you. Only seems to happen occasionally and when the supply depots glitch a bit and are sticking out of the ground when they shouldn't.
Finally, the last glitch I've had is with the beginning of a map. Me and another of the corp mates have found that every now and again if you're a member of a squad you'll join the battle, be able to look around on the map, and activate everything, but when attempting to spawn or attempting to view your dropsuits (And only your dropsuits), they won't load. This means you can't spawn, and it doesn't matter how long you wait for, they won't load. Restarting the PS3 seems to fix this.

Okay, we can address these one at a time.
Most, if not all, Controller based UI glitches can be quickly solved by pressing Melee (R3). That solves the stuck between Reload with full ammo but an empty clip and unable to fire. Reloads are not finished until the Reloading UI goes away. Remember that one can Decrease the amount of time necessary to Reload with the appropriate Skill upgrade.
Note that doing Anything and hitting Sprint (L3) will Cancel that action. It can Appear that you are constantly Reloading but DUST is merely trying to finish an important action that keeps getting stopped. Normally by Sprinting.

Use the JPEG in at the beginning of each Map to identify the Grid Location of where this happened.
Include your Region (NA/EU/where ever else), GMT (date/time), type of match and whether it was Corp or Public.
Beware that what you are describing is a Randomly Generated section. That means you need to describe it as best you can such that a third party can find it, specifically QA and Map Developers. Without the information it is difficult to find much less fix these types of problems.
Getting Stuck in Supply Depots should be included in the above type of Feedback.
A fix that does Not including suicide or Suit Loss is to bring a Vehicle close to the stuck Squad Mate. Have them Enter the Vehicle, move away from the Supply Depot and they can Exit (with Circle) safely. Try accessing from the corner as the Sticking Points seem to be located by the edges near different type of surfaces.
The last glitch should be able to be found with a Search for "dropsuits not loading" but if not: I do not access Menus when waiting for Battle. As Squad Leader I make certain that everyone is in Quarters, ready to go and not needing to buy or equip anything. Then as the screens change I let them know what they are; Waiting for Deployment, Loading Screen. This seems to Limit the occurrence of the problem. And yes, restarting DUST is required although if the PS3 button is not responding the only solution is to reset the PS3.
