Congradulations.
May I hope this will inspire your corporation to start a counter intel program or at least a security policy.
I keep warning people, they do not heed the shark infested waters.
As for reaction, good job admitting it happened, further good job on restating your resolve to build and grow past this set back and lauding the theif in the most proper way, he should have waited I would have agreed. |

You migh want to start taking a log of thier usual play times (thus creating a window), and see if any these guys consistently mysteriously dissapears during thier normal playtime when a corp battle against a rival pops up....
but why should I be giving free advice on corp protection? |

Well if I was doing this gig (dont worry I am not in your corp) I would have thrown the guy away as a distraction while using the guy who expressed concerns over the other guy to get put into a security position at least after the dust settles. |

Well depends how fast you can act and outvote.
The option would be to raise more stocks (and if you and your fellow 'directors' have more votes than he does) than the ceo does then pass a new voter resolution to remove ceo and get 51% of the vote on.
But if CEO has like majority enough to prevent stock raise vote from passing then well you're screwed. |
