There seems to be a huge imbalance between AT weapons and their vehicle mounted counterparts.
A proto breach forge does 2100dmg, a proto compressed railgun does 1700- how is this even possible, especially when the railgun costs more. Either nerf the forge gun or buff the railgun but there is no reason why a cheaper, smaller version of a perticle accelerator should be more powerful.
A similar problem is present with the missile tanks but ya'll know that bc honestly, when's the last time you saw more than 1 missile tank at one?- probably never. fix thise problem. |

The advanced breach forge is still there for a base dmg of 2310.... The proto breach is no longer there. It would be nice if turret skills effected the installations. Since I don't use a forge yet, I can't say much about it.
The swarms do far less dmg than the forge, but the joys of the dmg mod stacking bug can make them do a healthy amount. I have no idea what dmg is on the installation turrets. I don't think any of them get skill bonuses, so they seem pretty weak in comparison to an av guy with prof 5 and dmg mod stacking. |

I for one say nerf the forge gun. If everything is doing that much damage there is no change for any vehicle short of a HAV to survive a few moments on the battle ground. |

Let them fix the damage mods before we ask to change the guns. That laser rifle can be brutal, I see it cut through a heavy in a few seconds. Is it the gun or is it the mods? Same thing here. Lets stand fast and see what happens. Just won't wait to long for these known bugs not to get fixed before moving on to another game. |

it's the gun- best forge = 2100 dmg. best railgun = 1700 dmg. explain that. railguns are BIG. forge guns are small. railguns are expensive. forge guns are cheap. fix it! |

Rails guns will average what about 3,500 m/s and their size comes from the electromagnets and power supply needed to push a round at that speed. Size in this case does not always mean power.
The Forge Gun is the cannon version of the rail gun it to uses weaponized velocity to destroy its targets. Buts its muzzle velocity is nearly double what you would need to be lethal in a rail gun. |
