That is halfway to the next OB . I was here when people could farm OB and I don't want to see that again.

But there is a solution, a compromise if you will!
Banked WP.
Your Squad gets "banked WP", WP that is inactive (doesn't count towards an OB) that goes onto the scoreboard at the end of the match, granting more SP and better leaderboard standings, kapish? |

Basically, WP from an orbital doesn't count towards an orbital, it just becomes WP you've earned. It's WP, but WP that has no progress towards an OB, because it was made from an OB. |

hmm, well think of it like ghost addition.
We currently have the system that counts WP of squad for OBs and the individual WP tracking.
Here's my hypothetical situation:
OB happens, five kills, to a full squad.
Individual WP tracking: 50X5, 25X5, 25X5, 25X5
Squad WP tracking: N/A
Basically WP counting up to Orbital gets bypassed so that the only thing that increases is individual WP.
OB Counting is just a cyclic additive, where it resets when it gets to 2500 and just counts back up to it, so I'm just thinking that WP gets silently categorized by weapon: Orbital Strike and Everything else.
