DUST Search - 3-6 Months Wait...Is Kinda Discouraging

Dust 514 barely has all the features its planning to have over the next 10 years. This isnt like mass effect which most of the DLC stuff was already or mostly on disk and you bought access to that part of the disk whent he clock is right to give players reason to keep comming back months after release.

I know there is a large amount of furstation at the rate of development, on the flip side the developers are wishing for more time, deadlines are fast approaching and they're been in busy mode ever since getting on TQ. Just being on TQ probably ate so many resources and time it is very hard to conceive how much effort it took to make that possible.

After all Dust 514 is a very very special Eve Online Client with different skin and display engine.

I hope you realize that the other 99.9% percent of us want real game to play. You treat dust like an academic exercise to further your college education. You being a CCP loving fanboi spends more time worrying about iteriation 5 of the cpm0 circle jerk then you do about playing the game. Stop making excuses for ccp.

If I am paying for a game it has to be more then the **** the ccp has given us now. If my aurum was refundable they I would go back to being optimistic. Since ccp has our money now they seem to have little incentive to deliver. 7 weeks on TQ and nothing new and almost 3 months since last crap build that barely fixed anything, worse maps, no new content.

Trust me if the next build is **** Ill be banned in short order. To many good games coming out to waste any more time or money on this.

Maybe people like you need to quit the beta then. Its obviously not healthy for you. Then the simple fact you're trying to play this game as a gamer and not a tester is not helping the game development, telling me to play more? How about you test more? I am testing more than you are at least. Right now I am investigating loss of modules when you get revived and seeing if its possible to lose modules outside the battlefield.

I do community work where I can becuase I am away from my ps3 most of the day and its the only thing I can do while away. If it means answering question in local on how to play, commenting on live streams on helping out the player figure the game out, pointing players to where they can join corps, point them on helping file petitions and where to file and how to file them, submitting bug reports, answering player questions on the forums, brining off site news to this site when the community devs miss out a bit.

I would like to play more but I have college to attend to and things to do in real life that need not concern you either scrub.

Then you will have a new batch of players to say "O well it was just released. What do you expect?" Then a year later "Game is only a year old. Eve was bad still 1 year in and look how far it has come"
