Also with regard to core mechanics, did anyone catch the short video that is above the bar in the DUST 514 PS Home station? It looks like it is previewing the interface for district management/conflict. I don't know for sure, but it could have been there for a while, since it was my first time on last night. |

In related news, everyone should hopefully know that CCP has an incredibly strong respect for the aesthetic aspect of their design. They've been recruited to provide content for an "Applied Design" exhibit at New York's Museum of Modern Art. |

No I get that. Broad range probably means they can tell that there will be a fair amount of eve players and newto dust people will check it out. It's probably going to go into district warfare, and they don't want to use lingo and ideas that are too deep for the person who hasn't played dust, and the casual FPSer who so far has no clue about the Dust Eve connection. If it were just about new drop suits this probably would have been out by now, but if it is about us impacting eve in a big way there are lots of communities within Eve that will care. |
