Heh, "great starting weapon"... You are far from as experienced as you like to portray yourself.
The low CPU/PG of the Exile is the difference between skimping on tank module meta level, etc, versus fitting the best modules you can use despite the module meta level being balanced towards higher tier suits.
Also the less recoil part lets you easily empty the magazine at much greater distances with way better hit ratio. And having skilled up Assault rifles does benefit you in the bonus to kickback and spread. |

Obviously you have no idea what are you talking about.
I see you're playing the "not an expert but hey here's my categorical statements on the subject" game?
You are what one would call an EFT warrior in eve, completely engrossed in "numbers" without the larger perspective how how those numbers pan out on the battlefield. Also if you have such an aversion towards pressing the R1 button, get a shotgun.
Until CCP does something to the AR stats, the Exile remains superior to the Duvolle. |

Oh yes, I need some street cred.
That's why I bought a 2.5 billion isk overcoat for my EVE character, since I got a few hundred of those billions lying around.
Next I'm going to listen to the wise words of the street smart gamers above who's first game was a PS3 FPS, while I sadly spent many years playing 2D games before Wolfenstein 3D appeared.
