Over the last few months I have mentored a few new to dust corporation leaders. One of them has pushed me to do a tutorial video because he felt it would help the greater community. Honestly, that would be boring as hell and I wouldn't want to watch it myself let alone make it. Most of the help that I have given was in the form of Q&A sessions. So I am going to offer up a Q&A session and 1v1 mentoring. All things are confidential
Also, I am well aware I am dust baddie but this isn't a troll. Anyone that contacts me regarding this will not be trolled for it.
I have managed noob clans to elite clans over the last 12 years in fps world (sorry missed mag  ). Beyond that I have played eve for 7 years and can answer most questions regarding it and how it relates to dust.

Help defining your corp and play style
Corp branding
Leadership, roles, delegation of responsibilites
Recruitment (noobs, vets, elites)
roster management (sp plan focus and long term planning)
roster assesment (have to be honest and making the most of who you have)
player role/ sp plan development / fits
long term planning
economics of dust/eve
corp finances (taxes, donations, payouts, reinbursements)
How to develop relationships eve side and why it matters (FW, lowsec, nullsec)
Being apart of the meta game in eve (also how to accomodate the role players in your corp)
creating propaganda
training / scriming
Anything else I can think of or you ask about.

This is a good thing. I wish more experianced players would take the time to make new players better. You Sir get a +1 from me, even if there are veiled neferious intentions.  |

It has been a while since I was called neferious. Feels good though.
Response has been good so far. Haven't gotten to respond to all the emails yet so dont think I am ignoring you. |
