I didn't see anything addressing this anywhere else (though it certainly could have been) but I do wonder why we don't gain partial ISK and SP rewards if we leave a battle early.
If I join a skirmish halfway through and stick it out to the end, I get rewarded with half the ISK and SP based on time in game and the WP I was able to accrue. So, if I'm in the skirmish from the beginning to the middle and have to leave for some reason, why do I not get SP or ISK for the WP I gained or the time I spent. Disconnecting is another issue but I think that SP and ISK should be rewarded in those cases too.
I envision leaving the game mid match, going to the debriefing screens and seeing how much ISK and SP you gained, then what the K/D/WP standings were at the time of quitting.
My intention isn't to reward people for quitting matches, but there are legitimate reasons to leave a game and people shouldn't have to leave the game running well they go take care of other things just to get their SP. Basically, my ultimate point is that people joining games halfway through get their SP and ISK, why shouldn't people leaving get the same partial income? |

Apart from that your stats get updated. You get no screen but all the rewards, the game just needs some time to display the update on your stats and on rare occasions you may have to restart dust for a proper update. |

I agree your K/D stats should be updated, but I think Korvin Lomont is saying that does happen? I've never checked.
I think getting your ISK/SP rewards will be difficult because they are based on the match, so they can't really be calculated before the match is done, right?
Also, it would stimulate quitting a lot. Team redzoned -> leave match. Not sure if that's really something desirable.

At least SP/WP and KDR get updated I don't know for the ISK as I have never checked this. But as said don't expect the statupdate right after you quit the match. |
